Zeus & Hera, English Mastiff littermates, present our 2008 Split Rock Vineyard Chardonnay.
Our 2008 Chardonnay is rich and elegant with a creamy butterscotch finish and very
lightly touched by oak.
Clear gold yellow color. Nice nose! Starts with tropical aromas(pineapple, grapefruit)and
honey with sweet oak. Soft, supple entry, good tropical flavors, nice acid backbone,
some texture/weight forming, honeyed flavors Nice golden color finishes with vanilla,
butterscotch and cream. Full mouth feel.
