Tasting Notes
Like last years Grassini Sauvignon Blanc, there is a highlight of crisp melon, white
peach and apple flavors. The natural acidity of the grapes was preserved and are
well balanced.. Our wines from this Santa Ynez vineyard is incredibly bright and
fresh with lifted crisp Sauvignon tree fruit aromas.
Light and crisp and perfect to enjoy sitting on the porch on a warm summer night.
Winemakers Tip: Serve this one extra cold!
