Tasting Notes
Our Sauvignon Blanc from Grassini is highlighted by crisp melon, white peach and apple flavors. The grapes
came in with great natural acidity so relatively low acid adjustments were required. Our wines from
this Santa Ynez vineyard is incredibly bright and fresh with lifted crisp Sauvignon tree fruit
aromas.
Light and crisp and perfect to enjoy sitting on the porch on a warm summer night.
